1. Services Provided
Precision Shine Detailing LLC specializes in automotive detailing and services including exterior and interior auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, upholstery cleaning, headlight restoration, and various vehicle protection services. All services are offered subject to availability and at the discretion of Precision Shine Detailing LLC.

2. Appointment and Service Scheduling
Appointments for detailing services must be scheduled in advance. Precision Shine Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments as needed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and ensuring that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

3. Payment Terms
All service fees must be paid in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extra work beyond the original scope of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. Precision Shine Detailing LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle during service. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Precision Shine Detailing LLC of any existing damage or special requirements prior to service.

5. Service Limitations and Liability
While Precision Shine Detailing LLC strives to provide the highest quality service, results may vary based on vehicle condition and previous treatments. Precision Shine Detailing LLC does not guarantee perfection of results or complete stain or damage removal. We are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or previous repairs.

6. Vehicle Damage
Precision Shine Detailing LLC will take all reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle. However, any accidental damage caused by our staff during service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Claims for damage must be reported immediately upon vehicle pick-up. Precision Shine Detailing LLC is not responsible for damages caused by inherent product defects or natural wear and tear.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are at the discretion of Precision Shine Detailing LLC and will be evaluated depending on the circumstances of the service.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Precision Shine Detailing LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Precision Shine Detailing LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is prohibited.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, Texas.

10. Amendments
Precision Shine Detailing LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
